Gardens of the Wine Country is a small company in Santa Rosa, focusing on landscape management with a special attention to personal service and client contact. We involve our clients as much as they desire, yet feel that we are hired to manage the project for the client rather than expecting the client to manage us to make sure we accomplish their goals. We are very experienced, pro-active professionals, not just another "mow, blow and go" company.

Approach

Gardens of the Wine Country is a complete landscape service firm, with over 35 years of experience offering design, installation and long term maintenance or management. We serve a varied clientele and a wide range of properties, but our specialty is on high quality homes, estates, wineries and commercial properties. We pride ourselves on our unique taste and style when dealing with your particular project. We not only maintain and manage quality landscapes but we have the capabilities to build your water features, decks, gazebos, outdoor lighting and all sorts of various stone walls, patios or concrete.

To maintain and ensure outstanding personal service, we avoid overbooking enhancement and installation projects, and we see projects through from start to finish, completing them in the least amount of time necessary.

The Process

Landscape management and maintenance clients upon request can receive a weekly written or email review and inspection of their property on the day of service or within twenty-four hours. This report details what was accomplished that day, what is scheduled in the following weeks and what is recommended for future repairs or upgrades. A copy of this report is left at the client's property or e-mailed to the client before the close of that business day. Where appropriate and under specific arrangements, estate properties are inspected daily and clients are communicated with as needed or required.

Gardens of the Wine Country has a small, highly-qualified staff that places primary emphasis on personal attention, service and detail. We anticipate needs and requirements before they become concerns or problems.

All work is performed under a written contract, containing details, specifications, requested service days, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedules. All work and personnel are insured and licensed as required by California law.
