How We Work
Gardens of the Wine Country is a small company that focuses on personal service, client contact and attention to detail. We involve our clients as much as they desire, yet feel that we are hired to manage the project for the client rather than expecting the client to manage us to make sure we accomplish their goals. We are very experienced, pro-active professionals, not just another "mow, blow and go" company.
Gardens
of the Wine Country's primary focus is landscape management and maintenance
of fine homes, estates, winery grounds, country inns or bed and breakfast properties. We
also have over 30 years of experience in providing a full spectrum of landscape
services including design, installation, irrigation, lighting, water features,
hardscape, maintenance, repairs and arbor care.
To maintain and ensure outstanding personal service, we avoid overbooking enhancement and installation projects, and we see projects through from start to finish, completing them in the least amount of time necessary.
Management and maintenance clients receive a regular review and inspection of their property on the day of service or within twenty-four hours. This report details what was accomplished that day, what is scheduled in the following weeks and what is recommended for future repairs or upgrades. A copy of this report is left at the client's property or e-mailed to the client before the close of that business day. Where appropriate, estate properties are inspected daily and clients are communicated with as needed or required.
Gardens of the Wine Country has a small, highly-qualified staff that places primary emphasis on personal attention, service and detail. We anticipate needs and requirements before they become concerns or problems.
All work is performed under a written contract, containing details, specifications, requested service days, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedules. All work and personnel are insured and licensed as required by California law.
