How We Work
Gardens of the Wine Country with a “vintage” date of 1974, has a small highly-qualified staff that places primary emphasis on personal attention, service and detail.
With our history and experience we can anticipate the pitfalls, needs and requirements before they become concerns or problems. Over the past 40 years we have helped hundreds of clients realize their vision.
We pride ourselves on our personal service, attention to detail and client contact. We involve our clients as much as they desire, yet feel that we are hired to manage the project for the client rather than expecting the client to manage us to make sure we accomplish their goals. That being said, we encourage our clients to communicate with us on a regular basis so that their priorities become our priorities.
We are very experienced, pro-active professionals, not just another mow, blow and go landscape company. All work is performed with firm quotes before we begin, then under a written contract that contains details, specifications, requested service days, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedules.
All work and personnel are insured and licensed as required by California law. Gardens of the Wine Country actively maintains all licensing required by the State of California and Federal Government. To maintain and ensure outstanding personal service, we avoid overbooking multiple installation and construction projects; we see each individual project through from start to finish, void of postponements. We complete work on time, on budget and in the least amount of time required.

They did what they said they were going to do, it was all pre-planned, very receptive to our suggestion regarding changes. Alan was very cooperative during the process and the staff was very professional.

They listened well to what I wanted and he was able to do exactly what I wanted.I liked how efficient they were. They were able to get it done. I liked the fact that they were able to give me the results I wanted.

They’re very prompt, very polite, easy to work with, and when they’re here, they just go about their business. I also like some of the suggestions they gave me.
